Our profession
as rotisseur
We only roast quality-labelled free-range Halal chicken, free of antibiotics and growth drivers, reared in the open air, and fed 100% cereals, minerals, and plants. Natural marinade recipes perfected to sublimate the roasted free-range chicken. The potatoes, cooked in the roasted chicken juice, are an essential side-dish. Gentle cooking in our rotisserie.
Our profession
as charcutier
Cocotte has been innovative, using traditional curing and smoking methods to produce delicious charcuterie. By carefully selecting and butchering perfect cuts of free-range chicken, we’ve created our unique range of air-dried chorizos and sausages, cooked hams, terrines and mousses. Each having unique flavour profiles to savour and enjoy. Each product has its own age-old technique and story.

as deli-caterer
We master the art of adapting traditional French recipes to free-range chicken but also use innovative skills to create original and successful new recipes. Each ingredient has been carefully selected to reach the finest quality for each recipe.
